About Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile needles placed at specific points along the body’s meridians. It helps stimulate the nervous system, improve energy flow, reduce pain, and promote relaxation.
Acupuncture is usually painless. You may feel mild sensations such as warmth, heaviness, or dull aching, which is normal.
Serious side effects are extremely rare. Some people may experience mild bruising, redness, or slight bleeding, which usually resolves quickly.
